Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pelvic HQ website, waitlist and mobile application (together, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Not medical advice. Pelvic HQ provides general health and exercise information and guided programs for educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise program, and stop and seek medical attention if you experience pain, discomfort or other concerning symptoms. If you are pregnant, postpartum, or have a medical condition, speak with your doctor first.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us promptly at support@pelvichq.app of any unauthorised use or security breach.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms.
- Copy, distribute, reverse engineer or create derivative works from the Service or its content.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems.
- Upload malicious code or use the Service to harm, harass or infringe the rights of others.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Some features may require a paid subscription. Where purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, billing, renewals and refunds are handled by those platforms and subject to their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current period, which you can manage in your app-store account settings.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its content, design, logos, videos and software, is owned by Pelvic HQ or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
6. User content
You retain ownership of any content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store and process it solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for the content you provide and confirm you have the right to share it.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pelvic HQ and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
