It applies to our website, our waitlist, and the Pelvic HQ mobile application (together, the "Service").

• Waitlist details — when you join our waitlist you provide your email address.

• Health and program data — onboarding answers, exercise activity, progress and any notes you choose to enter to personalise your program.
• Communications — messages you send us for support or feedback.

• Device and usage information such as device type, operating system, app version and interactions.
• Approximate location derived from your IP address, and basic log data for security and diagnostics.

2. How we use your information

• To operate, maintain and improve the Service and your personalised program.
• To notify you about our launch, important updates, and (where permitted) news you've asked to receive.
• To provide customer support and respond to your enquiries.
• To keep the Service secure, prevent abuse, and comply with our legal obligations.
